Rowse Architects provided architectural design services for a 47,000 SF medical office building.

This spacious facility offers the residents of Central Falls a wide variety of essential health services including urgent, medical, dental, behavioral health, occupational and physical therapy, x-ray, phlebotomy labs and pediatric care.

The programmatic distribution along with the path of circulation was designed so that patrons can easily locate the services they require with ease. Additional features of this facility include an on-site pharmacy and a separate ambulatory services entrance that is connected to urgent care.

Blackstone Valley Community Healthcare has been a long-term health care client of Rowse Architects, and we have designed and managed several major renovations and new buildings with them.
