McCoy Stadium - Master Plan

This project is a Master Plan for the renovation & upgrade to the stadium for the AAA Pawtucket Red Sox team. Edward Rowse Architects teamed with HOK Sport for the evaluation & design to cater to the fans and the players.

To that end, we focused on concessions, service, & passenger elevators to enhance efficiency, handicap accessibility, greater seating capacity, better novelty areas, batting cages for the players, locker rooms, meeting rooms, and storage facilities. We also proposed adding a new outfield fence with warning track area, corporate suites and general offices.

The completed renovation to this facility is based on this Master Plan.
