Navy Supply Corps School & MarDet Building

Rowse Architects teamed with the H. V. Collins Company on this design/build project for the US Navy. A new Supply Corps School was constructed as a two story 59,000 SF educational facility at the Newport, Rhode Island Naval Base.

The project included site development, electrical, mechanical, fire protection, fire alarm, AV/IT systems and anti-terrorism protection.

Also included in this project were renovations and additions to an existing 26,000 SF training building for the Marine Detachment Center. This part of the project provided new mechanical, electrical, fire protection, fire alarm, interior finishes, site development and anti-terrorism protection of the facilities.
