US Coast Guard District 1 - IDIQ Contract

Rowse Architects provided services included renovations, repairs, studies, plans, and drawings under a US Coast Guard IDIQ Contract. We worked with multiple sites in USCG District 1: East Coast Facilities NJ to ME and other locations as requested.

Sites included: Cape Cod, Castle Hill, Fort Wadsworth, Lynde Point, Martha's Vineyard, Nantucket, Point Judith, Shinnecock, and Woods Hole.

Work included: Cost effective building and site design alternative studies, Hazardous material surveys, utility surveys, geotechnical surveying, interior design, space configuration, window replacements, façade repair/replacement, hazardous materials storage, water Intrusion studies, roof replacements, and housing renovations.
