Architectural Designer
Rowse Architects is a fast-paced and extremely dedicated group of people focused on serving our clients. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, motivated Architectural Designers to join our East Providence, RI office with responsibilities including design and documentation for a broad range of project types, including K-12 Education, Higher Ed, Municipal, Federal, and Public Housing.
Qualifications
-
BS/BA Architecture; Master of Architecture preferred

Minimum of 2 years of experience in an architectural office

Team attitude

Self-starting work ethic / Self motivated

Proficient in the latest versions of both CADD & Revit
-
Ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects simultaneously

Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Strong analysis and critical thinking skills

Attention to detail, accuracy and skilled in commercial or institutional construction documentation
-
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office application including Word, Project, Excel and proven ability to learn new software programs.

Responsibilities

Drafting and modifying Architectural drawings at all phases

Architectural design

Reviewing design documents

Assisting in coordination with engineering consultants, and coordinating documents with MEP, Civil, and Structural drawings
