James Partridge has been one of Rowse’ instrumental Project Managers and Designers for over 21 years. He brings 30 years of extensive experience in public project work. James has managed complex multidisciplinary project encompassing both new construction and renovation.

Paul Bernardino is a dedicated architect with an extensive tool kit of professional skills stemming from over 24 years’ experience. He gets immense satisfaction not just from the completion of a project, but from the gratitude of his clients.

Dereth “Derry” Ellston has been with Rowse Architects since 2000, bringing over two decades of talent to the team. Reliable, analytical, and knowledgable, Derry’s adept attention to detail is apparent in all her work.

A versatile Job Captain, Andrew McKeen has over a decade of experience designing for municipal and educational projects. Andrew approaches design from the viewpoint of the occupational environment and enjoys creating a better workplace for the buildings’ occupants.

Jon-Michael “JM” Baribault is an intuitive and dedicated Job Captain at Rowse, with over 10 years of experience that encompasses multifamily residential, affordable housing, kitchen and bath design, and historic projects.

Ben is a resourceful and diligent Architectural Designer with experience in both commercial and residential projects. He enjoys being “hands on” and using his background in construction management to further his design understanding.

Craig Bucci is a hardworking and dedicated Architectural Designer who enjoys both commercial and residential design. He values collaborative design and is a communicative team player.

Janet is the glue (masonry) that holds Rowse Architects together. She’s been the office manager for both our locations since 1987, answering every phone call, email, fax, and Teams message you can toss her way.

Hannah is a passionate about communication, graphic design, building relationships, and the Oxford comma. She manages new project pursuits and brand management at Rowse.

Jax is a yellow lab and construction site supervisor.
